This was supposed to be a Light Weights edition, but I had some loose ends to tie up from the previous episodes of the year and so it's not as light as it normally is.

I feel such gratitude for all the ears who listen, all the feedback and purpose these last 12 episodes have given me! I appreciate EVERYONE who takes the time out to listen. You all are so important and I hope you feel light, love and joy ALWAYS, but especially this holiday season!

Next year, we'll be back on Friday, January 13th with a Heavy Boots episode and every other Friday from then on will be Heavy Boots and Light Weights alternating. I'm going to work harder on my Light Weights content so that it truly is a less heavy space!
