Hi guys!

Today I opened up my current lil' world to you, and all of the change, clutter and crisis that is here right now. On May 1st 2022, I had several different big changes in my life happen all at once, and in a matter of two weeks I realised I wasn't really looking after myself the way I should do. I talked about all aspects of my life that have flipped on its head, and how I use journaling to cope.
