It's a bit of a hodgepodge today. We goofed the audio to start, but it cuts in pretty well with talking about the "Shadow Work" journal and other types of guided journals we've tried. We throw in a few cards from "Where Should We Begin", which went pretty well. (From Leo) I actually want to hear from you on this, am I in the wrong in the story I shared? I really don't feel I am but also am genuinely unsure.
