Spring is a season of renewal—buds forming, flowers pushing through the soil, and life beginning again after winter. But what does renewal look like when you’ve walked through deep loss?
In this episode, I reflect on how grief changes us and how, much like the changing seasons, a new version of ourselves slowly begins to emerge. After losing both of my parents within six months of each other, I’ve learned that grief doesn’t simply pass—it transforms us. The “old you” withers in many ways, and through pain, reflection, and faith, a new person begins to grow.
I share personal reflections on mortality, faith, and the hope that carries us forward. I talk about the reminders grief gives us about how short and precious life is, and the grace God offers us even when we fall short.
