In this episode, we have Venice from the GMHO podcast department talking about her experiences with depression as a student dealing with an abundance of exams and other stressors. She also talks about how support should be given for people dealing with mental illness, and how there no "one size fits all" solution when it comes to support.

In this episode, Shruti Varahala from our organization is joined with Angelica Galluzo from The Revolutionized Mind to share her lifelong journey with mental illness. She highlighted to importance of wordings surrounding mental illness, as well as how we should be cautious when talking about this topic. Angelica emphasized the difference between mental health and mental illness, and one of her biggest wishes is that the public can separate shame from mental illness. Not only did she open up about her struggle, we also discussed the controversy surrounding psychiatric medication and how they can benefit some of us.
