Get Outdoors with Drew and Cam

di Drew and Cam
Stagione 2
Bush, Bums & Big Salmon
This week the boys are all over the place... and that's exactly how we like it! We kick things off with a trip to the Grampians, chatting about one of Victoria's most iconic outdoor destinations and why it's always worth a visit. Then it's time to talk salmon—where they're biting, what makes the annual run so exciting, and why every angler gets a little obsessed when they're on. Somehow the conversation takes a sharp left turn into World Naked Hiking Day, leading to plenty of laughs, questionable mental images, and the usual campfire-style banter you've come to expect. It's another episode packed with outdoor adventures, fishing talk, random rabbit holes, and plenty of laughs between mates. Grab a drink, hit play, and join us for another episode of Get Outdoors with Drew & Cam.
Trip chat with Viv.. Part 2.
The chat continues with Viv and discuss all things regarding the Birdsville/Longreach trip Drew and friends are taking. Enjoy and Check on your mates
Viv Joins the boys for Pre-trip rundown. Pt1
The countdown is officially on! Before the tyres hit the dirt, Drew's better half, Viv, sat down for a fun pre-trip planning session as they prepare for their upcoming outback adventure to Birdsville and Longreach. This episode is all about the excitement (and chaos!) that comes before a big trip. The crew talks through the realities of planning a long-distance 4WD adventure—from working out a realistic budget and keeping fuel costs under control, to deciding what food to pack and how to feed everyone without overloading the vehicles. They also dive into the distances they'll be covering each day, where they'll stop along the way, and what they're most looking forward to seeing once they hit the Queensland outback. The conversation turns to the mates joining the convoy, why travelling with good people makes every trip better, and the memories they're hoping to create together. As always, the best-laid plans don't stay on track for long. Expect plenty of laughs, the usual off-topic banter, stories, friendly digs, and a few moments where the conversation goes completely off the rails.

From keeping your phone and camp lights charged, to running small gear and having the backup to jump-start your vehicle when things don’t go to plan, we break down the pros, cons and practical uses of each option. A handy chat for anyone looking to be a bit more prepared before their next outdoor trip.

New bikes, Anzac dawn service and trip plans
This week the boys are all over the place in the best possible way. Cam’s got a new bike and naturally that means plenty of ride chat, questionable decisions and big plans. Drew shares the experience of taking the family to the ANZAC Day dawn service in Mornington before the conversation shifts toward getting mentally, mechanically and logistically prepared for the upcoming Birdsville trip. A mix of bikes, banter, reflection and outback dreaming — business as usual really.
One Dad Got Cultured… The Other Got Airborne
This week, Drew trades the bush for the big smoke, taking the family on a budget-friendly city adventure through Melbourne—hitting Hosier Lane, the iconic State Library Victoria, and wrapping it up with a classic sushi train feed. Proof you don’t need to spend big to make solid family memories. Meanwhile, Cam goes the opposite direction—back to the dirt—taking his son to the bike park for another mountain bike session, capturing the action from above with the drone and chasing that full-send feeling. City streets or single tracks—this one’s all about getting out there, however you do it.
