By 4 P.M., Atlanta climbs to 53 degrees. That's a 30 degree swing before dinner. Your morning jacket becomes your afternoon annoyance. Coastal Georgia rebounds to 54 degrees by 4 P.M. Winds ease from northwest to west around 9 A.M. Over in eastern Georgia, you'll hit 54 degrees by 5 P.M. Light winds shift west around 7 A.M. Sunshine everywhere. Gorgeous afternoon.
