Stay on your own path
I learned Chappel Roans age the other day and it really threw me for a loop. It is crazy how life can began when you think you’re years down the line of it. It shows that everyone is on their own journey and life’s duty is to stick to your desired path and one day everything will truly work out in your favor. Social media makes it difficult at times with self identity and who you are or who you want to be. The most important thing EVER it to STAY true and stay you and you’ll get places you always dreamt of!!!!!!!!! Wow I said that well better than I spoke on the podcast it’s lowkey a whirlwind GOOD LUCK
Revenge
Esplicito
Revenge is such a vicious term. It feels evil, but of course like most things, there is always a reason behind it. It is human. At a time and point in your life you have thought to yourself “I’m gonna get them back”. To be transparent, in this episode I explain how unfortunately the past many months every now and then I find myself angry and seeking revenge with a familiar situation. I go in depth how that is never the answer even though at times it really seems like it is the only solution to make yourself feel better. It’s not easy when someone wrongs you, you can feel helpless and confused and just want to transfer the hurt back. But you must remember that rotten fruit fall on its own.
“Pop Culture” but it’s just the Grammys

Musics biggest night they say! And man the night was big and left with some big feeling… Im incredibly passionate on a lot of topics from Beyonce, to Chappel, and to my new dearly beloved Benson Boone. They’ve all been on my mind since Sunday so lemme just go off super quick and you can listen. I also briefly discuss talk about how you really cannot care what people think and that’s the key to greatness it seems. And that is a beautiful and inspiring thing! This episode is kinda all over the place but enjoy ! Pink Pony Club
Two less teeth, one hero.
I’m the hero in this story, well maybe my dentist is but I am a hero for enduring one of the most painful things and experiences I have ever been put through. Maybe ever tbh. In this episode I talk about how a tooth check at the dentist turned into a 4 hour visit at the oral surgeon office to get not one, but TWO teeth removed. With NO anesthesia, and none of that laughy gas. Just numbing needles and the support of squeezing my poor hands until they turned red and eventually had hand printed on themselves, and the nurse wiping my tears away I guess. It was terrible but I live to tell the tale.
Season 2
Happy Season 2 everyone!!!!!!!!!!!! After a long long long break. I am back and really really better than ever in all aspects. I am excited to share my life of what has been and what will come and everything in between really. This is just the introduction to season 2 and the rebrand of this podcast. Let’s go 2025
Stagione 1
Social media chokehold
I revisit my thoughts regarding social media and whether it is toxic or not. The consumption of the media today is different for everyone, I know that however the chokehold it has on its consumers is something we all can relate to in a way. Whether it’s a new trend, a new celebrity/influencer crush or idolization or a hyper fiction on something at the time. Social media in my opinion has a chokehold on this generation and it is CRAZY to think about. Come along with me on this episode as I explain this, and give my raw thoughts on it all.
the plot is thickening.
Doing things for the plot is a phrase I’ve been taking and running with. Growing up can be hard sometimes so it is important to never take life too seriously and to remember how temporary everything truly is. In this episode I talk about just that, and how doing things for yourself other than other people’s perception of you is so necessary in order to grow. The life you chose to live is in no one else’s hands but your own so it is important to not fall into the social standards of life and to always remember who you are and what you desire.
A guide on HOW TO BE COOL. (ft Claire Ellicott)
Esplicito
In todays day and age there is too much structure and how people think they are supposed to look and or act. The word cool is seen as a definition other than an umbrella term. In this episode I am joined by Claire Ellicott and we talk about how the true definition of being cool is being you without caring how you are seen. Being cool isn’t what you think you should do, it’s about doing what you want to do. Stay cool people
Mindfulness in yourself
Putting your mind to things that will improve your mind and body is so important. I’ve been putting my energy into things that more so drain me then benefit me and it is time to change that. This episode I focus on how necessary it is to be there for yourself and how doing that will make your potential become a reality. Be good for yourself, be there for yourself and do things your future self will thank you for.
Cross Country Road Trip
Esplicito
17 Days. 17 days on the road in a car with 3 boys in 8 different states is something that I am certain not a lot of people can do. However it is something I am certain everyone should do once in their lifetime. The experiences and sights I saw have formed into some of my best memories I’ll ever have. Unfortunately no amount of words on a podcast can capture my time spent across this country but you get a really good idea. Enjoy !
