Dense fog has visibility down to a quarter mile from the Suwannee Valley through Southeast Georgia. That fog lifts by 9 A.M. Once the sun burns through. Until then. Slow down. In the next 24 hours. So what's going on? A frontal boundary pushed south yesterday and ran out of gas. It's just sitting over South Florida now, acting like a moisture magnet. That means scattered storms fire up after 7 A.M. Down in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. They peak around midday. You're looking at a quarter inch of rain, maybe less. Nothing dramatic, but keep the umbrella handy. Meanwhile, the rest of the state? High pressure is running the show. Sunshine and easy breezes. North Florida climbs into the low 70s. Central F ...
