Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015)

What happens when you take a 10-year-0ld boy... and you feed him an overstuffed superhero movie featuring a robot bad guy? THIS episode! The kiddo has always loved robots, machines, etc. It's why Iron Man is his favorite. And in this episode, you'll see just how strong his opinions are about Ultron's various looks in the film. Hopefully, you'll also see some pretty interesting conversation, as well as a peak into just how well he's keeping track of the Infinity Stones. Agent Carter, Season One (2015)

We try tackling our first TV show! Did it work? Was it too much for one episode of our show? I... really don't know. But it sure was fun to watch Agent Carter with the kiddo!

Guardians of the Galaxy (2014)

The first foray into space opera in the MCU. Did our little Star Wars fan enjoy it? (Need I really ask?!) Hear some debates about the age-appropriateness of this one (a segment we abandoned, but felt was worth bringing back for this entry.

Captain America The Winter Soldier (2014)

So... say you're a dad who loves the MCU. And say you want to share that with your (almost) 10-year-old. How will that kiddo feel about the one that reads less like a superhero movie, and more like a 1970s political thriller? Will he like it? Will it go completely over his head? Will he appreciate the nuances and the style of film it is, even though he's seen no antecedents to that type of film? Thor: The Dark World (2013)

The sequel to a favorite of The Kiddo. Did this one stack up to the first? Does the (frankly) juvenile humor of this film make up for its convoluted plot in the mind of a 9-year-old? There's only one way to find out... and that's to listen to this episode!

Iron Man 3 (2013)

One of the most divisive films in the MCU... perhaps the favorite Marvel character of a middle-grade student... which side does the kiddo come down on in Iron Man 3? I'll give you a hint: the reason this kid LOVES Iron Man is because of his many armors. Draw from that what you will, and enjoy this episode!

The Avengers (2012)

And we've finally arrived at the finale of our first run of episodes: The Avengers! Still considered one of the greatest entries in the superhero canon, this is an oversized episode completely stuffed with favorite moments and insights from the Kiddo. Hope you enjoy!

Captain America: The First Avenger (2011)

This one is a personal favorite of the Dad, and you can hear him make the argument for it. But listen to the kiddo reflect on all the final pieces leading into The Avengers as they lock into place in this final throwback installment before the Big One!

Thor (2011)

Special Guest Star alert! The Dad and the Kiddo are joined by... The Mom! This was her first MCU movie, way back in 2011 in the theater. Check in to hear her reactions to seeing the film the first time, and enjoy the Kiddo experiencing the MCU's first foray into his favorite literary genre: fantasy!

Iron Man 2 (2010)

Our first sequel! It's 2010's Iron Man 2, still directed by Jon Favreau. There's some good discussion in here - introducing us to one of the kiddo's favorite characters (War Machine), the MCU's first re-cast (also War Machine), and introducing another Avenger (Black Widow).
