As new additions were conceived into our family, parenting styles changed and with it came leniency to the childhood desires we craved. Although it was too late for us to create memories with our peers, we have the best friendships we can ask for with our siblings and cousins. During our teenage years and now being young adults, topics that we were afraid to discuss were no longer taboo. So when our childhood came to an end, so did the rules we were forced to abide too.
