The word quiet is hesychiou and doesn’t mean that she is silent, but that she is well-ordered in her life and priorities. She isn’t running around from thing to thing busily looking for the next thing to occupy or satisfy her. She has found solace in the LORD and is no longer searching or drawing attention to herself.
