1. A work environment with an open door policy. Wherein if one is unsure they can always ask, learn and progress.

2. An environment where everyone has emotional intelligence. The conflicts are never personal but strictly work.

3. Constructive criticism, that makes you feel led, directed, guided and never little, disrespected and not enough.

4. Leadership that gives grace, allows you to make mistakes and is considerate.

5. Pays its employees well.

6. Has a coffee station, gives useful free bees🤣🤣

7. A work environment that is a catalyst for one's personal and career growth.
