Living in and enjoying the life you’ve built isn’t passive

A recent roadtrip (including the complete rescheduling of my bachelorette party) showed me what it takes to step into the life you’ve so intentionally created - and live in it embodied, easeful, and joyful. This episode is an exploration of: Why ease often feels uncomfortable and scary at first - especially for the parts of us that want to stay in control Why you get stuck in building, thinking, and striving and how to shift into enjoyment, ease, and living it My intentions for my 2 week roadtrip through California vs. what actually happened (family visits, solo time, bachelorette, and integration included) Why being witnessed and receiving love from your people is vulnerable and what that discomfort is inviting you to lean into around belonging, connection, and letting yourself be known How rescheduling the bachelorette party forced me to get comfortable with uncertainty in relationships What the energetics of self-sufficiency say about shifting into a more easeful season This ones for the builders, the thinkers, the intentional planners that are ready to put that energy down - and fully embrace living what they’ve created. How to give impactful astrology readings
Knowing astrology and delivering a powerful astrology reading are two different skills. You might have a wealth of astrological knowledge, but readings can easily become overly technical, educational, scattered, or difficult for the client to digest. In this episode, we explore how to make “readings” within energetic disciplines (astrology, Human Design, and beyond) relatable to an audience who doesn’t know your craft - so your clients can internalize, remember, and apply what you share in their lives. Exploring the Capricorn / Cancer axis in yourself & life!
New year, new episode series (!!) exploring the energetic polarity between opposing signs. When you understand the motivation behind these energetics (whether you have Capricorn or Cancer placements or not), you can redirect the misaligned or shadow expressions into something more easeful and life-giving. Take Capricorn: the part of you that wants to build something that lasts (the motivation) can show up as overworking or burning out (the shadow expression). When you reorient back to the impulse of that energy, you can more easily access the balancing side of the axis (Cancer) which gives genuine you permission to rest, rejuvenate, and nourish yourself - so you can ACTUALLY achieve that motivation. We talk about: Energetic spectrums: why and how opposite energies are actually two sides of the same coin, not necessarily "opposites" but moreso partners that need each other to function optimally Cancer aka your inner world: the part of you that needs emotional safety, nourishment, and a rich inner life to build an outer life you love. Capricorn - outer world: the part of you that builds, contributes, and achieves - your connection with material reality that grounds inner sensitivities. Finding integration: how to explore and cultivate the side of the axis that's less natural for you via practical, everyday rituals. Personal stories: I'd be remiss if I didn't reference my Capricorn moon and stellium here! Reflect: Is Cancer or Capricorn more natural for me? Where am I over-indexing on one - in an effort to resolve its imbalance, while avoiding the opposite side of the spectrum? What has Capcirorn season revealed to me about my relationship to structure?
