Can you lose your salvation?

We did nothing to earn our salvation, so we cannot do anything to lose it. Salvation is a gift from God, received through faith, and Jesus—not us—is at the center of it.

But there’s an important distinction: simply going through the motions of Christianity does not mean we have truly been saved. Pastor John challenges us to examine whether our faith is genuine and reminds us that true salvation is something God does in our hearts, not something we manufacture through our own efforts.
