I was pretty lucky today to be joined by Morgan McDonald, Ollie Hoare, and George Beamish for the first official episode of the pod. The three members of the ON Athletics Club helped me out with my final project and talked to me for 20 minutes about their experiences running collegiately and professionally and the impacts it's had on their mental health.
