In this episode, I’m introducing myself, sharing why I created this podcast, and opening the door to the kinds of honest conversations we’ll be having here. This space was created for families, caregivers, professionals, and anyone trying to make sense of aging, dementia, assisted living, higher levels of care, and the real journey of caring for someone you love.

This is not a polished, buttoned-up space. This is a real one.

We’ll be talking about the emotional side of caregiving, the hard decisions families face, the realities of health changes and transitions in care, and the things people often carry in silence. My goal is to create a space that is educational, supportive, relatable, and honest.
