welcome back!! we are lucky enough to be joined by Carlos today :)
this week we start off by diving into the Boston Marathon Weekend and specifically George's race trip to the BAA 5km.
we then get into talking about what is happening over at Oregon & the decision to race at home rather then heading to the Penn Relays to race against the OAC. this has blown up on twitter in the last couple of days so had to be addressed.
we finish off hitting some Q&A questions, thanks for sending them in!!
