Welcome to February- Black History Month.

This month we are highlighting two black professionals in the Dayton area. Our guest on this episode is Mr. Lamont Hall Jnr. He is a distinguished professional who inspires us all to be the change we wish to see. He is a long-time employee of the City of Dayton and a two-time recipient of the City of Dayton's Joseph T. Cline Award for employee excellence. Currently, he serves as the executive director of the City of Dayton's Human Relations Council (H.R.C.).
