Note sull'episodio
Could you recognize a medical emergency? Would you know what to do before first responders arrive?
This week on Claire in a Chair, I sat down with Gail Gould, "The CPR and Safety Lady," to talk about why CPR isn't just for doctors or nurses, it's something every teen should know. We talked about real-life situations where you might need to help someone, why people often panic during emergencies, and how being prepared can make all the difference.
Gail also shared an incredible statistic after our interview: starting CPR immediately can double or even triple a person's chance of surviving cardiac arrest. It's a reminder that learning one skill could truly help save a life.
