Charleston — A man faces involuntary manslaughter charges after a boat crash on Shem Creek killed Citadel cadet Evan Greenleigh and injured others, while a targeted shooting in Colleton County left one man critically injured. A former Charleston County deputy is also charged with assault following an altercation at the Al Cannon Detention Center.
