Greater Flagstaff Chamber President & CEO Julie Pastrick welcomes Cynthia Hudspeth, Executive Director of the Flagstaff Chamber Foundation and Clay McCauslin, Chamber Board Vice Chair to BizzBuzz.

The Flagstaff Chamber Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is a separate entity from the Chamber but works alongside the Chamber. The Foundation enables private individuals and corporate donors to contribute tax deductible donations to the charitable initiatives the Foundation supports such as Workforce Readiness and Retention.

Clay and Cynthia discuss the challenges Flagstaff faces with retaining skilled laborers and how the Chamber Foundation plans to meet these challenges with local Career Readiness, Career Building, and Individual Skill Building programs.
