In Episode 4 in Season 3 of "C.A.R.s, Coffee, & Christ", our team continues our “Core Values” series, building upon our initial talk of “Growth as a Mindset”, and moves ahead to the challenge, but importance, of “Resolving Conflict”.

In relationships, whether at work or home, often, we find ourselves at odds and in conflict with others. So, how should we go about resolving this? Avoidance? Addressing it immediately? Being passive-aggressive? Often, we all resort to less than ideal, even unhealthy patterns in attempts to deal with conflict.
