We chat with two of the winners from this weekend's Spartan Race in Charlotte, North Carolina: Brian Gowiski (@bgowiski) & Miranda Kielpinski (@mirandaocrsurf).

Brian recaps the race, how he's able to run back to back races at a high level, plus his view on obstacles and other venues.
