In this episode, I talk about the importance of physical fitness and how staying active has shaped my life. Growing up in the bush meant I didn’t have a choice, survival required strength, but over time, working out became something I genuinely loved.
I reflect on how movement, in any form, can improve every part of your life, and how even small, consistent actions add up. You don’t have to train like an athlete; you just have to keep moving forward.
And I share a piece of wisdom my dad always told us:
“It’s not how much you lift, it’s how many times you lift it.”
A reminder that discipline, effort, and consistency matter more than anything else.
