Instead of shooting the typical mid-month video, since the November challenge by T1 Growth Academy is all about having quality people in our life, in this podcast episode I decided to answer a great question a few of you asked me: “Besides obvious situations, how can I decide who should not be part of my life?”

Less is more. Over the years my network got larger and larger, hitting almost 10k across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. In May, I decided to do a social media cleansing and decrease my social media following to 3’000 people, and that was the best decision I could ever make because it allowed me to strengthen the relationship with people I truly cared about.

Would you live a happier life if you cut some people loose? Here is some food for thought! :)
