The law, which wasengraved in letters on stone, came in all glory to Moses.Moses and the false teachers of Judea used Mosesconstantly in their argument; his face was shining when hesaw the glory of God on Mount Horeb. But later on, he hadto wear a veil to cover his face to prevent the people ofIsrael from seeing that this radiance was fading, because ofhis sinfulness. Moses was not the Messiah!
