MK-Ultra: The Man Who Fell, and the Files That Were Never Destroyed: On November 28, 1953, a CIA biochemist named Frank Olson fell thirteen stories from a New York hotel window. The official story was suicide. Twenty-two years later, the agency admitted he'd been secretly dosed with LSD. In 1994, his son had his body exhumed — and a forensic pathologist from George Washington University found a hematoma on his forehead consistent with blunt-force trauma before the fall.
