It’s a day to honor all birth mothers who chose to place their babies for adoption. National Birth Mother’s Day was first founded and celebrated in Seattle, Washington, in 1990, by Mary Jean Wolch-Marsh and a group of other women who placed their baby for adoption.    To all of the birth mothers out there, we honor you!
