Bigger Than The Stage

Bigger Than The Stage

di Taji and Shante Love
"Anne Frank was the first Moesha."
We're live and on that foolishness. We talk about the recent celebrity deaths, what Heaven looks like, and food recalls.
"They almost got me, but I'm too slick!" ft. Jennie Weaver
Funny Bone's 2026 Funniest in St. Louis winner Jennie Weaver is in the building! We talk about comedy competitions, online scammers, and Spiderman. Which version is your favorite?
20 Year Voyage
Shante brings gifts to the studio (take a guess whose face is on the game). We talk about Smokie Robinson, The Odyssey, and car troubles.
"RIP Mammer Jammer"
We're in the studio talking about a lot of different things. We talk about sandwiches, voting (please go vote!), and give Taji her flowers a lil bit.
"Stevie wants a skullet." ft. Travis Haughton
*TRIGGER WARNING: mentioning suicide* St. Louis made movie director Travis Haughton is in the building with us and we have a great time. We talk about his new film Caratico, his inspiration behind his films, and Shante gets one step closer to knowing Michael B. Jordan.
"I shoulda treated him like a McRib."
We talk about a whole bunch of stuff. Taji featured at a club for the first time. Shante doesn't need therapy as frequently. Papa Bear and his affair with Goldilocks.
A Grip-less Episode
The two of us are surviving off of maybe three hours of sleep combined, so bear with us. We tried to get a grip on the conversation, but there's a reason why the episode is called grip-less. It is a silly episode, though! So I do recommend you listen.
"Megabus me."
We're back (no kids in the background, either) and we're talking about the trips we took last weekend. Taji was in Chicago and Shante was in LA and we talk about it. We also talk about Fetty Wap and learning things about ourselves.
"It's inevitable." ft. Reggie Kush
From the way of St. Louis, New York's Reggie Kush is in the building with us. He's a comedian, rapper, and battle rapper. We talk about the intricacies of battle rap, his comedy journey, and making content. (also there's a kid's summer camp going on behind us while we record)
"The Bible is a banger."
It's Juneteenth Eve! Leave some cornbread (with the honey butter) out for Harriet Tubman tonight! Taji and Shante talk about our favorite things about being Black, Buddhism, and lactose intolerance.
