North Jersey Coast Line, seen from a slightly exaggerated, Belmar-centric viewpoint. The artist’s goal was to highlight the beauty and excitement of our unique beach community and also reflect the dedication of Belmar residents to overcoming ecological and property damage caused by Super Storm Sandy. The mural, completed in 2014, was painted on a synthetic textile “canvas” and then adhered to the specially-prepared wall of the New Jersey Transit station.
