Bakersfield law enforcement is investigating a fatal shooting on Eucalyptus Drive and seeking public help to identify a suspect in a sexual battery case on Chester Avenue. The city also confirmed the identity of a man found dead in a canal near Cottonwood Road as Jason Allan Karr.
