On this episode we have another special guest with us! AUTP welcomes Ryn's Rm! Ryan has his own podcast called Ryan's room, which you can find it on youtube and streaming platforms @Ryns_rm. During this episode, we code-switching on many different levels from working in the office and in our interpersonal relationships as well. Code-switching can be exhausting, however, as we get further into the discussion we find that it is necessary to adapt to our situation and it is a skill that can be done with tact.
