Note sull'episodio
There’s a small coffee shop near my place.
In January it was full of plans.
People talking about fresh starts and big changes.
But now it’s March. The room is quieter. Not empty… just quieter.
This letter is about that part of the year most people don’t talk about — the middle.
The season where the excitement fades, but the results haven’t arrived yet. The part where showing up doesn’t look impressive.
Just ordinary days. Work. Responsibilities. Promises we made to ourselves. But maybe the quiet season matters more than we think.
Maybe the real question isn’t whether things are changing yet. Maybe the question is: What are you still showing up for… even when nobody sees it?
