The first episode in the poem is called "Intrapsyche." It was initially spelled as a hyphenated word, but it is the original title of that segment. In the 1984 manuscript, the twelve poems that made up the mock epic poem that is now Part One were called Books. A revision in November 2020 resulted in changing them to be episodes. This event is actually the second foretelling event. There was never a plan to convert the poem into a podcast series as episodes but renaming them in 2020 seems curiously ominous that this work has been destined to become a podcast series comprised of episodes. This episode is similar to many first chapters in any story. It is the setting and introduction of the protagonist and antagonist.
