Episode 125: Morning Brew - Eighty Caps and Not One Regret

Almost Paradise In North Idaho di Ted Ludlum

Note sull'episodio

With the Kansas City Royals home opener around the corner, it seemed like the perfect time to talk baseball—but we took a slight detour…into a collection of over 80 baseball caps. From Royals and Wildcats to funny sayings, old teams, TV shows, and even one bearing his mother’s name, each cap tells a story.

What starts as a lighthearted look at a “harmless” collection turns into something more meaningful—how the things we keep often reflect the lives we’ve lived, the people we’ve loved, and the memories we’re not quite ready to part with.

Along the way, there are a few laughs, a little self-defense, and maybe a reminder that sometimes what looks like clutter…is really a collection of moments worth holding onto. Life, after all, is a lot like a well-worn cap—comfortable, familiar, and best appreciated over time.
