This addictive use of one’s energy also bleeds into how they / we are with people as a collective and having addictive tendencies and skewed attachment styles to people/ places and things.

These frequencies also affect the REM state & how frequently you dream and recall your dreams. Prepare your self to unplug. Prepare your self to just read a book sometimes. Prepare your self to be in solitude in nature more than you are on these electronics.
