Lydia Goldblatt trained at the London College of Communications, receiving a Masters Degree in Photography with Distinction in 2006. Her work has been exhibited and published internationally, with group and solo shows in the UK, France, Germany, the Czech Republic, Greece, China and Malaysia. Her long term project, Still Here, which she worked on over a three year period, featured images of her parents and focussed mainly on the subject of her elderly father’s mortality, stemming, as she puts it, "from a desire to address the inevitable changes wrought by his approaching death."
