Una frase en inglés: “Too Old Not To”. Nunca demasiado grande… para no. ********** 910.MX ep. 1826: Too Old Not To In the previous episode of 910.MX, I shared a difficult but inevitable decision: a drastic pruning of the project, after recognising the lack of growth and the depletion of resources. But I didn’t want to close this chapter without leaving behind an idea that, for me, says it all. A short phrase in English: “Too Old Not To.” I couldn’t find a good literal translation. It’s really a way of looking at life: not allowing age - or the idea of ageing - to limit you. Actually, the opposite. A kind of philosophy, a “flip”: to imagine, to try, to take small steps… and not hold yourself back just because you might feel “too old.” Throughout these episodes, we’ve talked about habits, attitude, movement, purpose… and this short phrase somehow brings it all together. Because there comes a moment when you’re simply not in a place anymore to not do it (or at least try). The podcast stops here, but this is not a goodbye. The 46 episodes remain, and the circles continue. Now it’s up to you - in your own way - to keep building your own path toward the kind of aging you truly want. Never too old… not to. 910.MX ep. 1726: 910.MX, a ras.
910.MX ep. 1726: 910.MX, a ras. Inevitable. ********** 910.MX ep. 1726: 910.MX, pruned back to the core In this episode, I share a painful decision. We start with the image of the willows in Holland - pruned back to the trunk, again and again - to explain what is happening: we are shedding ballast, reducing everything to the essential. The reality of 910.MX is painfully clear: there is no realistic growth, costs continue, and funds are running out. There is satisfaction and there have been encouraging results, but - 910.MX cannot continue like this. And yet, something does work. Something is alive: the circles. That is where the magic happens. Part of the roots and trunk of 910.MX. That is where the message of living more years, better – in good health, with vigor and good company - truly lives. So, a radical pruning. What remains: the circles. And an open invitation to anyone who wants to be part of the first formal circle. If the trunk survives this pruning… it will sprout again. Like those willows in Holland. An episode, a message, a painful decision - above all, a necessary one. Inevitable.
910.MX ep. 1626: ¡Coraje!
910.MX ep. 1626: ¡Coraje! ********** 910.MX ep. 1626: “Coraje” “Coraje” - a peculiar word. In Mexico, it usually means annoyance… the kind that comes from everyday frustrations. But it also has a deeper meaning: when it comes from the “heart,” like courage — a kind of bravery. In this episode, we explore that double meaning: the kind of courage that reacts… and the kind that acts. The kind that leads you to tell the truth, to stand your ground, to do what you know you need to do - even when it’s hard. I also share a personal reflection about 910.MX, a real moment of decision… and the courage it requires to take that decision – and stand by it. Towards the end, a kind invitation: to feel your own courage… and ask yourself what you want to do with that energy. Because maybe, living more years, better, requires that same kind of… “coraje”.
910.MX ep. 1526: Inspirados
910.MX ep. 1526: Inspired In this episode, we talk about a simple word… but not that simple: inspiration. What does it really mean to be inspired? Why is it that the people we admire… seem to be, inevitably? We explore how inspiration lives in the everyday: in what you see, hear, taste… and how it’s not only about feeling inspired, but also about inspiring others. Because there’s an interesting difference: letting yourself be inspired… or becoming a source of inspiration yourself. And maybe, in the end, the “not-so-simple” question is this: are you living your life… in an inspired way? An episode to pause, to feel… and maybe, to notice how you want your life to be.
********** 910.MX ep. 1426: your nose… I was going to talk about another wonderful organ - your nose - and I was going, once again, to arrive at the conclusion of “how could we not respect it and take care of it”… But rather, I decided to dedicate this episode to something that, in truth, we already know… or rather, sensed: that your attitude toward aging influences - quite significantly - your chances of improving, both physically and mentally, in what we call our “later years.” And along the way, that very common belief starts to fall apart - the one that says decline with age is inevitable. One single study, scientifically solid, published in 2026… two myths undone. Because it shows that nearly half of the thousands of participants aged 65 and older actually improved, both in walking speed and in mental function… and that your attitude toward aging plays an important role in how much of that improvement takes place. Being positive, staying active and connected, feeling useful; enjoying, sharing, supporting… All of this, it seems, was already… right under your nose, wasn’t it?
****** 910.MX ep. 1126: When night falls Have you ever stopped to observe when night falls? Those few minutes… between day and night. The light fades slowly. Sounds soften. Night arrives. In this episode, we begin with an old tradition: sitting down for a few moments to watch the arrival of night. A moment – and a practice that seems very simple - yet full of meaning. From there, we arrive at a reflection: what happens when night falls… in life? Not to fear it. Not to avoid it. What if… it’s not about avoiding that night… but about learning to receive it well?
910.MX ep 1126 Salud - ¿Garantizada?
910.MX ep. 1126: Salud, ¿Garantizada? ********** 910.MX ep. 1126: Your health, Guaranteed? If you’d follow all the recommendations, can your health be guaranteed until the age of one hundred? In this episode we explore why health guarantees don’t work the way they do with an appliance. Statistics can guide us, but they can’t decide for you. The real question is a beter one: Which decisions increase your chances of living more years - better lived? In the end, each of us conducts our own orchestra. Your own orchestra: the orchestra of your Whole You.
Mejor vividos. ********** Ep. 1026 – 10 More Years: One… or 17 Million? Is it possible to extend the human lifespan by ten more years? Some of the most advanced projects in the world believe it is. Biotechnology, artificial intelligence, and millions of dollars invested in technologies designed to rejuvenate our cells. At the same time, for more than thirty years, other scientists have been pointing to something very different… and surprisingly simple. Two very different paths. Two visions of the future of our health. In this episode, we explore that contrast — and the question that naturally follows: How much of your future depends on technology… and how much depends on you? More years. Better lived.
Activa y sonriente - no actuando, sino vital. Mejor vividos. Desde adentro hacia afuera. *********** Ep. 0826 – Looking Good… from the Inside Out “Looking good” probably doesn’t mean what you think it does. We’re not talking about glamour or plastic surgery. We’re talking about something much more meaningful: posture, vitality, serenity, inner strength. In this episode, we revisit a reflection from Circle CUE 00 in Cuernavaca: when we think of an older person we remember with affection and respect… we almost always remember them as someone who “looked real good.” Why is that? Active and smiling — not performing, but genuinely alive. Upright — not rigid, but with inner strength. With a life well lived — learning from both the good and the difficult. Serene — like tempered metal that has passed through fire and does not break. In the context of 910.MX, looking good is coherence. It is visible dignity. It is living well… and that shows. An episode to reflect on how you would like to be remembered 10, 20, or 30 years from now. More years.Better lived.Looking real good - from the inside, out.
Mejor vividos. También en la forma de comunicarnos. *************** Episode 0726 – Assertiveness, with Gentleness Assertiveness might sound harsh, almost confrontational. But what if it isn’t? In this episode, we explore how to express what you think and what you need - without becoming aggressive… and without staying silent. Assertiveness is the middle ground between submission and imposition. It’s clarity with respect. It’s firmness with heart. I explain the classic three-step model (what happened → how I feel → what I’m asking for), the DESC version, a few practical “do’s and don’ts”… and most importantly, how to integrate gentleness so it truly works. Because technique helps. But gentleness opens doors. At the end, a brief visualisation so you can feel what becomes possible when a constant irritation is resolved with clarity and goodwill. More years.Better lived. Also in the way we communicate.
