S3 E2: Jackson's Journey

In this episode, we have a special guest. Jackson is a friend from Kentucky visiting his family in Utah. We were introduced to him by his aunt who is a friend of Olivia's. Jackson is nine years clean from opiates. We joke about the DARE program, discuss what life is like sober, how Jackson got clean and what he asked his dad for as he exited rehab. Jackson was a ton of fun to hang out with and this is yet another great episode and story of recovery.

s3 : E1 Brooke's two year sober thoughts, Dane talks healing inner child.

In this episode, Julie and Lance are away. Brooke talks about her two years sober thoughts, how fast it's gone, and reflecting on how she feels Gods hand in recovery. Dane talks about his coaching gig and how it's contributed to heal his inner child. Olivia glorifies Brooke and they share some happy tears and make Dane feel queasy.

In this episode, Olivia introduces us to her dad, Patrick. He is a great guy who still battles his alcohol usage. This is a great episode for those who want to be sober and are still fighting. This is a great listen with a wild Hawaiian Story.

S2 : E10 Cinda's story

In this episode, Cinda sits down with the friends and discusses her relationship with alcohol and the effect it had on her relationship with her friends, family and animals. She goes into detail about her sobriety, how her relationship with her "higher power" has progressed and where she is today....Six years sober! Another must listen.

S2:E9 Cami's

In this episode, Cami, a high school classmate of Lance shares her story and struggles with addiction. Now, at 19 months sober she braves the mic to tell her story. This is a story of struggle and hope. A story of darkness followed by beauty. The future is bright for Cami based on everything sobriety has brought into her life! We can't wait for you to listen. S2 : E8. Olivia's Significant Other, Dayer

In this Episode, we respond to a fan email about sponsorship, Dayer sits in and talks about the chaos that was Olivia's addiction from a sober partner's perspective, and the team addresses - again - the blessings that sobriety brings.

S2 : E7 Finding your confidence in sobriety

In this Episode Lance, Dane, Olivia and Brooke talk about what has happened to their self confidence in sobriety. It's noted that as you get more sober you start to really see your value and self-worth.

S2 : E6: Triggers in sobriety.

In this episode, Olivia takes the lead. Dane and Juile are out attending to business and the group takes on the task of talking through one of the hardest parts about (early) recovery, triggers. They navigate thoughs and feelings about situations that would have driven them to use in the past and what prevents them from using today during difficult times. Lance barely survives 30 minutes with Brooke and Olivia and their crazy antics. This is another MUST listen, fun, and energetic episode.

S2 : E5 New Year Chat with two significant others

In this New Year's Day episode, we have a conversation with Taylor and Lexi. They are spouses of Brooke and Dane and they share their stories and give a different point of view of our addictions. This could help some family and friends of loved ones deep in addiction. While only an introduction to the two, it has great insight on what its like to love and addict and try to protect your own peace. Thanks to Taylor and Lexi for stopping by and sharing their stories.

s2 E4 : Julie's Story

In this episode, Dr. Julie describes her battle and unlikely, but not totally uncommon path to addiction. She discusses her relationship with her husband before, during, and after getting clean and talks about the "stigma" of addicts and why we should be careful about the labels we put on addicts.
