Joseph Joo is an internal medicine physician and faculty at the University of Washington, where he also serves as the director of the Program of Policy Evaluation and Learning in the Pacific Northwest. Through the program, Dr. Joo directs a leading policy unit that applies scholarly expertise to partner with decision makers on pressing policy topics in healthcare. His most recent achievement is publication of an illuminating book entitled "Reshaping Health Systems: What Drives Healthcare and How You Can Change It," which he intends to discuss with us during today's podcast.
