Jan has worked with elite athletes helping them cope and heal from addiction issues, trauma and mental blocks impeding them from showing up as their best selves both on and off the field. Through her vast experience dealing with all kinds of Mental health she now runs a private wellness business which we will explore benefits to the community from such a place.
