Those numbers barely matter because it's brutal everywhere. Wind makes it worse. The southeast is catching gusts around 15 miles an hour. Western Wyoming deals with steadier breezes near 7 miles an hour. Either way, exposed skin isn't your friend this morning. One bright spot. Skies are crystal clear.
