A Tropical System brought damaging rains and flooding to much of North Carolina yesterday, including at Carolina Beach who saw a record amount of rainfall. With Chris Edwards now to offer perspective to the impact this tropical system brought is Lynn Barbee, Mayor of Carolina Beach.
