The 17th Annual African American Cultural Festival of Raleigh and Wake County returns to downtown Raleigh this Saturday and Sunday (Sept. 5 - 6) bringing two days of culture, community, music , art , food, family activities and entertainment to Fayetteville Street. Gayle Hurd talked with AACF Executive Director Pam Smith about the event and it's almost 20 year legacy.
