It’s October and that means Halloween films are popular. At the Carolina Theatre in Durham, there’s popular retro films being screened Wednesday and Thursday night. Plus, there’s more lighthearted fare on Friday night with the popular 1990s film “Hocus Pocus.” Jim Karl is the film director at the Carolina Theatre and joined Jeff Hamlin to discuss his favorite Halloween films.
