Todd is back with issue 9 of Tokyo Blade Detective. At the end of Vol.2., Todd revealed that there was someone killing people in Tokyo without the use of a laser sword. It's bloody. It's violent. Just as important, though, it's something that the people haven't seen in a while. These "acts and displays" are getting the attention of key people in Tokyo, which leads Miko and Michio to get hired to take them down.

Issue #9 sets up the story and shows a more detective-style approach to things that we've only touched upon lightly in the first two arcs.
