Pyramids, Jettisoned Episodes, and Why I Prefer Curating the History of Dead People Than Dealing With Living Ones

A rant. Based on my need to scrap an episode. Because: Living people.

Jayne Mansfield, Curses and how the Church of Satan Possibly Improved Traffic Safety

Jayne Mansfield was killed in a Macabre car wreck in 1967. It was rumored that her relationship to Anton LaVey brought about a curse that caused the fatal crash. Many details and Turns would be discovered. And a few suprising things would come of it.

Book Discussion: "Chaos: Charles Manson, The CIA, and the Secret History of the Sixties" by Tom O'Neill

August 9, 1969 is a date that will live in infamy. It was an era that anyone with even a fleeting cognitive recall would be able to recite the address—10050 Cielo Drive from memory—and for many, many years to come.. It was also the site of second high profile death of a beautiful actress—following Jayne Mansfield by two years—only this time—it was murder. As the Manson Clan was prosecuted and ultimately convicted of this murder ands others--Prosecutor Vincent Bugliosi would cash in as a hero and author. But did his need for inarguably-stark prosecutorial margins compromise the truth?\ Tom O'Neill thinks so. And today I discuss his fascinating book.

A Note of Thanks

Just saying thanks for listening.

Rapping about the Halftime Show

Look, I could be wrong. But I have a few complaints about the halftime show, and not so much the political stuff. I mainly tired of beta-male rappers having diss-fights. And while the lack of occult underpinnings were cool, I almost miss them in some perverse sense.

The Accidental Theology of Mary Shelley

When Mary Shelley penned her supremely famous Gothic novel, Frankenstein, she may have been attempting to tunnel away from any sense of divine intervention within the confines of a scientific story, replete with human error. But was she really trying to do that? And did her mention of “Prometheus“ in the book's actual title signify that she was aware of the structural underpinnings of the fall of man, from the creation of the world?

Artificial Intelligence--The New Necromancy?

In this episode, we briefly speculate about the nature of A.I., its implications for mankind, an a plausible argument for its own quasi-occultic origins. Instagram: @Boxnumberseven Email: Boxnumberseven@yahoo.com
