The Fall of Saul (1 Samuel 15) 9.8.24

This week we continued our series on The Rise and Fall of David! We learned in 1 Samuel 15 that God's grace has freed us from sin, but not from obedience.

We saw that...

1. Saul's command from the Lord
2. Saul's disobedience to the Lord's authoritative command
3. Saul's disqualifies himself as king

In Saul, Israel got the king that they wanted but in David, they will get the king that they need!
