Around Puget Sound, steady rain sticks with you through noon with highs near 52 before temperatures drop this afternoon. Down in the South Sound, rain wraps up by 4 P.M. With highs hitting 53. Head east and it's a completely different day. Eastern Washington sees partly sunny skies with a high near 57, but gusty southwest winds to 22 miles an hour with gusts hitting 38.
